Admission to the Ecole de l’Inserm Liliane Bettencourt takes place via a 3-phase process, open to 2nd-year students of medicine, pharmacy, and dentistry programs.

Who can apply?
To be eligible to apply to the Ecole de l’Inserm Liliane Bettencourt, you must be:
- admitted as a 2nd year student of medicine, pharmacy, or dentistry
- passionate about hard sciences, be at ease with these and have a desire to maintain what you have learned
- capable of analyzing an original a research article of your choosing
- persuaded that fast-track scientific training in research is an asset for future engagement in medical or pharmaceutical research
The 3 phases of recruitment
1- End-September to mid-November: Interview with the Dean of the Faculty to inform him/her of the wish to follow a dual training in medicine/ pharmacy/dentistry and science, then registration via the online platform. Enrolment in one or even two Master 1 teaching units (UE) is required in the 2nd year of study.
The registration procedure is dematerialized, you must submit your application via the online registration platform (see above).
2 - Early December: selection of 60 students who will participate in the école de février, a mandatory step to preparing the entrance exam for the Ecole de l'Inserm Liliane Bettencourt.
3 – First two weeks of June: Entrance exam (20-29 successful candidates)
